The Nexus Health Systems’ neuro-continuum benefits payors by providing the appropriate level of neurospecialty care at the appropriate time and at the appropriate cost. Our team of case managers coordinates with payors to determine the most appropriate level of care for entry into the neuro-continuum and then graduates the patient to lower acuity care levels with the goal of returning to home.

 

By providing 7+ levels of neurospecialty care, ranging from ICU to Post Acute Residential Rehabilitation, Nexus reduces the cost of care to payors for these typically catastrophic cases.

Nexus’ neuro-continuum provides services to all types of payors; including medical health plans, workers’ compensation, Medicare, Medicaid and other government entities. Nexus is participating in most payor networks and offers single case letters of agreement for non-participating payors.
